Project Management

THR Motorsport’s team of Project Managers (PM) ensures your order gets started on the right foot and followed through to completion. Your order starts with a project launch meeting immediately to ensure all departments agree with the manufacturing plan, all questions are resolved, and to establish milestones for tracking to completion. Once the project is released to the floor, your PM will track the progression and communicate any challenges immediately. Key projects have a Post Project Analysis to ensure we document what happened through the duration of the project and save the results so we can learn from our experience.

Microsoft Project Tracking

We utilize Project to plan, project and track the key deliverables on many of your tough projects. We’re use to working with your SharePoint/Project site to keep communication seamless as a project progresses.

Launch Meetings

Project launch meetings ensure that all people relevant to a project are on the same page at the start, rather than later on in the project cycle.

Post Project Analysis

The PPA is conducted at the conclusion of all key projects to ensure that we learn from our experience then document it for our next opportunity.

Communication
